Application Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Aditya (independent developer) ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use Wrx, including our mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Information We Collect
Depending on your usage, we may collect:
- Account information: your email address and account identifiers (for example a Google account ID if you choose Google sign-in).
- Workout and app data you create: routines, exercises, sessions, sets/reps, set weights, and related history that you enter or generate while using the Service.
- Technical data: device/app metadata, log events, and diagnostics (for example crash logs) needed to operate and improve the Service.
Health data / HealthKit: Wrx does not read Apple Health data. If you enable Apple Health / HealthKit, Wrx may write workout data such as workout time duration, calories burned, and heart rate information to HealthKit at your direction. We do not store or independently process HealthKit health data on our servers.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Authenticate users and protect account security.
- Show your routines and training history across devices.
- Improve product performance, reliability, and support (including debugging and crash prevention).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Google Data and OAuth Scopes
When you choose Google sign-in, we only access data permitted by the scopes you explicitly grant. We use that data strictly to authenticate your account and provide the requested Service features. We do not sell Google user data.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information with trusted service providers that process data on our behalf (for example hosting, authentication, and support). Current subprocessors may include:
- Amazon Web Services (hosting/infrastructure)
- Google (authentication, if you choose Google sign-in)
- Apple (In-App Purchase processing, if you purchase subscriptions or paid features)
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
No sale of data: We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell, use for advertising, or share Apple HealthKit data.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill legal/business needs. Our default retention period is for the duration of your account and up to 30 days after a verified deletion request, unless a longer period is legally required.
7. Data Deletion and User Requests
You may request account or data deletion by contacting support@wrxworkouts.com. We will verify and process requests within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to legal exceptions.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without required consent.
10. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our providers operate. We apply appropriate safeguards when required by law.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post updates here and revise the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
